How to get your Manga on a fixed Budget

Since we are cash strapped, how will I get my Manga fix each week?

I actually have a couple ways I can mange this little task. One would be to visit our local library as they have some Manga that I think I will enjoy. It may be graphic novels as well that may tide me over.

But, there is actually a more closer resource at home - My Son!

It was a while ago that I had got him the complete series of Shaman King when Borders was going out of business. Though this is an older series, my son really enjoyed it. In fact, he is re-reading it and took volume 5 to school yesterday.

This would be a total of 32 books that should keep me busy. Even if I just read one a day, I have over a month of reading to do. Take even longer and I could have reading for several months.

I just hope that my unemployment doesn't last that long. Once the jobs are back in full swing, I have a battery of Manga that I may need to catch up on. For the record, here is the Manga that I am currently reading:

Air Gear, Blue Exorcist (w/son too), Dance of the Vampire Bund (need to catch last couple), DOGS: Bullets and Carnage, Dorohedoro, Fairy Tails, Gurren Lagann (on hold since Tokyo Pop ended), March Story, Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan, Rosario + Vampire, Season 2, Soul Eater and Tegami Bachi.

What Manga series are reading now?

    1. Trying to do that, but reality keeps popping up its ugly head. I will try to get some things done that I haven't because of time.
