Number 5: Lelouch vi Britannia (Code: Geass)
Number 4: Light Yagami (Death Note)
Number 3: Millions Knives (Trigun)
Number 2: Frieza (Dragon Ball Z)
Number 1: Sailor Galaxia (Sailor Moon)
OMFG - seriously, Sailor Galaxia is the number one villain in all of Anime. Some of these leave a bit of discussion as they actually are in a 'gray area' of villains. Do people with certain agenda that could bring the world peace (in their eyes) really villains (Lelouch and Light) or just misguided souls. They could just be psychopaths like Million Knives. Now, Frieza, I can get my head wrapped around as he was definitely a bad ass villain.
Personally I want to know where the Spiral King from Gurren Lagann falls into this mix. Not one mention of any Gundam villian like Char Aznable or clone Rau Le Creuset (our masked men of evil).
What is your take on this and let me know who your top villain is.

I don't think Lelouch is consider a villain... On the other hand, Frieza fits the bill for so much annoyance he had cost from alive to after death. Not to mention more disturbance from his next of kins.
